Chuks Nwankwo is an aviation entrepreneur with broad experience across aviation operations, asset acquisition, commercial structuring and strategic aviation development within Nigeria and the wider African market.

Over the years, he has played an active role in supporting aviation-related projects involving aircraft sourcing, operational planning, financing coordination and aviation asset management — working alongside operators, financial institutions and aviation stakeholders on a range of complex requirements.

His approach to aviation is grounded not only in commercial understanding, but in a practical appreciation of the operational realities that shape the industry. This balance of operational awareness and business judgement continues to guide Blue Falcon Aviation’s growth, partnerships and long-term strategic direction.

Capt Abdulkadir Zailani Yahya

Director of Flight Operations / Co-Founder

Capt. Abdulkadir Zailani Yahya is a highly accomplished aviation professional and Co-Founder of Blue Falcon Aviation, bringing more than three decades of operational, commercial, and executive aviation experience across domestic, regional, and international markets.

With over 10,000 flight hours and more than 5,600 hours in command, he has flown and commanded a wide range of aircraft including the Phenom 300, Learjet 45, Boeing 737 NG, Boeing 737 Classic, and Fokker 100, alongside operational experience on the MD-80/DC-9 series and Dornier 228 platforms.

Throughout his career, Capt. Yahya has held senior command and operational roles with leading operators including Matrix Energy, Max Air, Arik Air, Virgin Nigeria Airways, and IRS Airlines.

As Director of Flight Operations at Blue Falcon Aviation, he brings a wealth of technical expertise, operational leadership, and sound judgement, earning a reputation for delivering safe, efficient, and seamless flight operations at the highest professional standards.

Captain Abdullahi Ahmed Mohammed

Chief Pilot

Capt. Abdullahi Ahmed Mohammed is the Chief Pilot at Blue Falcon Aviation, with extensive experience across commercial and corporate aviation.

Type-rated on the Learjet 45XR, Gulfstream IV (G-IV), Boeing 737 series, and Fokker 100, he is recognised for his operational discipline, leadership, and uncompromising commitment to flight safety.

Alfred Inyang

Operations Manager

Alfred Inyang is the Operations Manager at Blue Falcon Aviation, bringing over 15 years of experience in flight operations, dispatch, and aviation management.

A licensed FAA and NCAA Aircraft Dispatcher, he has held senior operational roles across commercial aviation, emergency air services, and business aviation, with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Funmilola Olubajo

Head of Cabin Crew Services

With a strong background in both commercial and private aviation, Funmilola Olubajo leads Cabin Crew Services at Blue Falcon Aviation.

She overseeing onboard service standards, passenger experience, and cabin operations. Her career spans leading operators including Skyjet, Air Peace, Dana Air, and IRS Airlines, where she earned a reputation for professionalism, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer care under the highest safety standards.

Michael Ironbar

Head of Maintenance

Michael Ironbar is Head of Maintenance at Blue Falcon Aviation, bringing more than 15 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering.

A licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, he has worked across a wide range of aircraft including Gulfstream, Hawker, Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and Bombardier platforms. His extensive technical expertise, commitment to safety, and dedication to operational reliability ensure Blue Falcon Aviation maintains the highest standards of airworthiness and maintenance excellence.

Abisola Ukwute

Head of Finance

Abisola Olawunmi Ukwute serves as Head of Finance at Blue Falcon Aviation , bringing over 15 years of senior financial management experience.

She has worked across aviation, telecommunications, logistics, and professional services. A seasoned finance executive and ICAN Fellow, she is recognised for her expertise in financial strategy, cost optimisation, regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.
